As many of you already know, the South Park Apartments office is open for business Monday through Friday starting at 8 am and closing at 5 pm. However, many of our amenities are available beyond the scope of business hours! One of the greatest amenities we offer is 24/7 emergency maintenance. Our maintenance technicians from other properties go on call after hours, on weekends and holidays to ensure that all of your needs are taken care of. Emergency maintenance will only respond to calls that cannot wait until the next business day. This includes lock out service! If you lock yourself out of your apartment, the on call technician can let you into your apartment with proof of your residency and a small lock out charge. The on call emergency maintenance line is 402.393.2210 and you must follow the voicemail prompts.
We also have a security patrol! Frontline Security patrols our property throughout the night. They also have a number that you can call if you have noise complaints or note suspicious activity on the property. You can reach Frontline Security at 402.210.5111.
Our car wash, laundry facilities and fitness center can all be accessed after 5 p.m. There is also outside access to our charcoal grills and gorgeous courtyard patio seating areas! We encourage all of our residents to take advantage of the amenities we provide.
